Choose an Initial appointment your booking will include an initial consult and will last 70mins.
When making your initial booking, please click the blue, new clients tab and register. You will only need to do this once.

What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment
Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your massage starts.
Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment, please ensure you have completed the client intake form on your email confirmation link prior to arrival, if you prefer not to complete this, you may complete it manually on your arrival, please note this time will be part of your treatment time.
We suggest you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, please do not arrive any earlier than this as time is needed to clean appropriately between each appointment.
If you arrive late this will result in an abbreviated appointment.
Can I claim my Remedial Massage back on private health?
You cannot claim back on relaxation massage or gift vouchers.
Cancellation Policy
At Traceys Remedial Hotstone Massage, we appreciate that sometimes, “life happens” and you will not be able to keep your appointment.
With respect to other clients, we request that at least 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
The following cancellation fees will apply for massage appointments should appropriate notice not be given.
- Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: $50
- Missed appointment: 100% fee
You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations can be made either online or by contacting Tracey directly. If appointments are filled there is of course no charge.
Your reminder email will also ask you to ensure you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms, If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as early as possible to reschedule your appointment.
