What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment

Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your massage starts.

Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment, please ensure you have completed the client intake form on your email confirmation link prior to arrival, if you prefer not to complete this, you may complete it manually on your arrival, please note this time will be part of your treatment time.

We suggest you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, please do not arrive any earlier than this as time is needed to clean appropriately between each appointment.

If you arrive late this will result in an abbreviated appointment.

Can I claim my Remedial Massage back on private health?

Yes! we are covered for most health funds, full payment will be made after your treatment and you will be issued with a receipt where you can claim directly with your health fund.
You cannot claim back on relaxation massage or gift vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

At Traceys Remedial Hotstone Massage, we appreciate that sometimes, “life happens” and you will not be able to keep your appointment.
With respect to other clients, we request that at least 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
The following cancellation fees will apply for massage appointments should appropriate notice not be given.

  • Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: $50
  • Missed appointment: 100% fee

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations can be made either online or by contacting Tracey directly. If appointments are filled there is of course no charge.

Your reminder email will also ask you to ensure you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms, If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as early as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Existing and New Medical Conditions Policy

Please ensure you keep Tracey informed of any changes in your health conditions, certain conditions may require a medical clearance as some conditions are contraindicated by massage. Please be aware It is your responsibility to keep Tracey informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from your health professional that the massage may be provided as part of your treatment plan.

Privacy Policy

Traceys Massage collects information about you pertaining to your health and wellbeing. All information – electronic or otherwise – is kept securely electronically with Powerdiary and is password protected.
