Our Story: We all have a journey, this is part of mine…

Tracey’s journey into the world of massage therapy began with cherished childhood memories. Gathering with family to exchange reflexology foot massages sparked a lifelong fascination with the healing power of touch. Later in life, inspired by a desire to understand and alleviate pain, Tracey embarked on a mission to become a remedial massage therapist.

A pivotal moment came when Tracey’s mother, Carolyn, experienced a severe neck injury, fracturing her neck, on 2 occasions. This event not only led Tracey to move to Bargara to support her mother but also inspired her to specialise in therapies that had brought relief to her loved ones, such as hot stone massages, Fascial Counterstrain and lymphatic drainage.

Our Approach:

Having personally endured surgeries after a breast cancer diagnosis, Tracey deeply understands the impact of pain and tension  and scar tissue on the body. This personal journey led her to focus on Fascial Counterstain, Remedial Hotstones,  & Manual Lymphatic Drainage. The love for heat therapy, particularly hot stone massages, has become a signature element of our practice, providing a soothing and effective solution for tension.
